Remi Relief was originally launched in 2007 by Japanese designer Yutaka Goto. The use of materials and processing techniques which aims to pursue the ‘Ultimate American Basic’ design philosophy and the new jackets and vest that are debuting this season are attracting a lot of attention due to their varying gimmicks.

The flexible material is non stress when layering.

RIPSTOP MOUNTAIN JACKET     ¥34980

The Mountain JK is made of polyester ripstop and has multiple storage options, including a large gusseted zip pocket and a back pocket. This one piece boasts the storage capacity of a bag while retaining a sophisticated look.

RIPSTOP UTILITY VEST    ¥18480

In addition the vest in the same fabric also has excellent storage capacity. Layering it with the Mountain JK further increases the storage capacity available and can negate the need for a bag entirely. This makes both items great for outdoor and city use.

Each item has enough appeal individually but if you were them together, the appeal is greatly increased. The jacket will be released at the end of January and the vest in mid February.

The jacket and vest are both very durable yet comfortable even when layered together due to the flexible fabric. Taking advantage of the excellent storage possibilities gives you plenty of flexibility while wearing them in the field.
