The Swiss brand MAMMUT started as a rope maker in 1862. It is a global outdoor brand that has been supplying high quality clothing and gear for mountain travel for over 150 years, but recently, functional daily clothing that incorporates the know-how cultivated over their long history has been rapidly increasing in popularity.

This season, a collaboration between Mammut and the select shop “BEAUTY & YOUTH UNITED ARROWS” has been realized! With Mammut’s functional jacket as a base the materials have been carefully selected to create a new urban outdoor style.

Based on the popular classic the “Mountain Tough Jacket” that was a Mammut original, this is an updated version with extra functional materials.

Normally, the basic cotton specifications are used, but in this work, the functional material “Pertex Equilibrium” that has the function of quickly absorbing sweat is adopted making this more suitable for active lifestyles.

Also, the hood can be stored around the neck. It’s not waterproof, but it’s a nice small detail that would be helpful in the event of a quick downpour.

There are 3 color variations available, clean white, navy and black. All of them have basic coloring, so you can wear them casually, and are easy to mix and match.

This bespoke item is authentic and sporty, and reminiscent of the recently popular Drizzler jacket, yet with a utility design with a street atmosphere. The Mammut brand logo is displayed on the left shoulder. This jacket is perfect for active environments as well as for use in the city!
