“PLAY EARTH PARK” is a large-scale event that GOLDWIN opened for a limited time at Tokyo Midtown Lawn Square in Roppongi to provide a “playground” that deepens people’s connection with the earth. The venue also has pop-up stores that sell items that reflect the concept of “PLAY EARTH” such as collaboration clothing with designers from each brand developed by Goldwin and other fun goods jointly designed with architects.

Collaboration clothing with an artist who sheds new light on calligraphy.

Among the pop items available, there is GOLDWIN produced special wear in collaboration with Mr. DAICHIRO SHINJO. Mr. Shinshiro is a calligrapher based in Miyakojima, Okinawa, where he was born, and is a popular artist who has created works that are not bound by tradition or form. He is one of the most respected people in the fashion world, working with high-end brands around the globe.

A jacket with a “sky” motif representing one of the five elements that makes up the earth. Based on Goldwin’s functional and lightweight clothing, the Japanese kanji for sky is printed largely on the back. Because the jacket has a simple design, it has a greater impact.

There are 4 sizes available, S, M, L, and XL, and the two colors are blue, which matches the concept, and black, which is easy to style.

Just like the jacket, the Japanese letters for “Sky” written by Mr. Shinshiro are printed on the back! The T shirt body is ecological because it reuses remnants of fabric generated in the production process which are reborn with new value thanks to this project.

In addition to adults (S-XL), these T-shirts are also available for kids (130-150 size / ¥ 4950), so you can enjoy wearing them as a parent-child combination! There are two colors available, black and blue.

Many other artist collaborations will be on sale at the Play Earth Park, which will be held until May 29, 2022, and various workshops will also be available. Please feel free to visit with your children.
