Among the numerous bespoke projects that “BEAMS” is known for, the collaboration with the British shoe brand “Clarks” is probably the one that is attracting the most attention this season. This long awaited new collaboration is a model that incorporates GORE-TEX® into the “Wallabee Boot” for an updated new look and specs. This season’s Beams bespoke key color “dark navy” is used to add an urban look to these classic boots boasting 50 years of history.

As you probably already know, GORE-TEX® is synonymous with functional materials that boast excellent waterproofness and breathability. In addition to the benefit of “all-weather use” that is achieved by using it inside the suede of the upper, it uses a reliable Vibram sole made exclusively for this model. It provides a sense of stability on the ground surface, so you can wear it without worry of losing your grip even in rainy or snowy conditions.

And the biggest unique feature of this special order is that the inner is equipped with elastic (highly elastic rubber material). Because of these slip-on style specs that removes the need for shoelaces, they are easy to put on and take off, and the comfort of the “Wallabee Boot” has been even further improved.

The pair of fobs (decorative leather patches) looped around the shoelaces and the logo on the insole demonstrate the strong sense of trust built between the two companies.

Beams are proud to present the new exclusive product, the “Wallabee Boot GTX”, which will be released on February 23rd (Thursday), but pre-orders are currently being accepted.
