Mont-bell co-creates a high-spec functional backpack with the Scout Association of Japan.

Youth boy-scout groups strive for sound development through outdoor activities. Many people who like the outdoors say, “I used to do it when I was a kid!” Here we will introduce the “Scout Gear Series” jointly developed by the Scout Association of Japan and the rugged outdoor brand Mont-bell.

The collection consists of a lineup of backpacks and shoulder bags with an attractive moss green color that blends with the outdoor surroundings.

Just the right size and function! The pouch on top is great too!

pack 22 ¥13200(605g)

A well-balanced backpack with a capacity of 20 L (height 60 x width 30 x depth 20 cm). A ballistic coat is applied to 210 denier ripstop nylon to achieve excellent water and abrasion resistance.

It is also a nice point that the front has a cord that allows you to attach and fix items you want to take out quickly, such as clothing, rain gear, etc.

The opening is designed to be folded back and fastened with a buckle, and the top lid can be removed and used as a shoulder pouch! Bottle holders are also available on both sides.

2WAY possibilities as a shoulder or backpack!

shoulder 12 ¥9350(430g)

The shoulder bag uses the same material as the backpack. In addition to the main storage that has a capacity of 12 L (height 30 x width 41 x depth 13 cm), it has a zipper pocket on the front and a pocket on the back that is useful for storing PCs and documents.

The back pocket is useful as an accessory case for smartphones and stationery.

Also, by changing the position of the shoulder strap, it can be transformed into a backpack so it can be used in two ways. There is also a cord for fixing luggage in position.

In both cases, the sewn parts are treated with seam tape for perfect waterproofing! This tough Boy Scout x Montbell collaboration item is a must-see.

In addition, Mont-bell has set out to “cultivate children’s ability to live through outdoor activities”, and a part of these sales will be donated to the “Boy Scout Association of Japan” from the Mont-bell Club Fund.
