The miscellaneous goods brand “POST GENERAL”, which is popular for its designs that incorporate vintage and military tastes together, has refined their classic “LAND ROVER CHAIR” (commonly known as the Rover Chair), which is a staple among military chairs. While maintaining the simple and rugged atmosphere, it has been re-imagined as a chair that allows you to relax easier outdoors.

WAXED CANVAS ROVER CHAIR TYPE LOW ¥13750

The original Rover Chair has come to be used outdoors due to its highly functional design and ease of use. However, the backrest is almost vertical and the seat height is high, so it is not very comfortable to sit on outdoors.

For this reason, Post General’s “WAXED CANVAS ROVER CHAIR” has been recreated, but has been modified with a comfortable backrest angle and seat height.

The seat is made of waxed canvas, the armrests are made of wood, and the frame is made of aluminum. The frame, which uses the color of the aluminum material as it is, goes well with the waxed fabric and the wooden armrests, creating a simple yet rustic look.

WAXED CANVAS ROVER CHAIR TYPE HIGH ¥14300

The TYPE LOW has a seat height of 28cm and is perfect for relaxing around a bonfire, while the TYPE HIGH has a seat height of 38cm that makes it easy to eat at a camp table and is also easy to use as part of your interior decoration. The low chair weighs 2.4 kg and the high chair weighs 2.5 kg, making both lightweight and easy to carry.

There are two colors available, brown and gray. In mid-September 2022, a special chair cover blanket for autumn/winter camps will also be released.
